The organisation charter of the company is based in its human resources, it is composed of people with high professional and human qualifications, whose responsibility is to archive the objective of each project, being highly rigorous with the compliance of the fiscal laws, labor laws and environmental laws, both European and Spanish, respecting the human rights, internal relations, as well as keeping absolute confidentiality about business projects, and the agreements with clients and suppliers.
110 people carefully selected by personal interviews and specific tests for each work position, compose the workforce at Dimopel, this workforce receives continued training by the person in charge. The highly qualified personnel guarantee a product with a high level of quality and durability.
Everybody directly or indirectly involved with production are directed by somebody in charge, whose main role is to organise the production of the products, team work, the solution to everyday problems and the continuous formation. These people in charge are people who have been promoted in our workforce, therefore they are people well know and accepted by their colleges, avoiding mistrust and conflicts.
Health and safety roles are assumed by all members of staff, the instruction given during training helps us to avoid accidents, which makes the incident impact on this issue practically nil.
