Currently Dimopel are using two different productions systems: one based on the traditional method and reinforced with modernised machinery and the second one, a productive system based on team working or chain work, air-assisted and supported by machinery and the latest technology. These systems break down the operation and develop them in every phase, thanks to the specialisation from the operatives in each chain, this guarantees the quality of the finished product. With the computer system of data collection in plant, we can maintain an absolute control of the process in real time (deviations in execution time, material consumption, execution time and the exact situation of production, etc.). The flexibility that provided this systems, allows us to adapt ourselves to our customers’ necessities, and depending on quantities and objectives, we can focus our production from different variants.
